 Administrative and Office Assistants

Attention Administrative Professionals! We currently are seeking a Temp to Hire Administrative Assistant for an executive office in downtown Wilmington, Candidate must have excellent communication skills, present a polished image, be proficient in MS Word, Excel & type 70 wpm, and pay strong attention to detail.  Full and part time.

You have waited long enough! Several Office Assistants both Temp and Temp to Hire positions both the Wilmington, Newark and Avondale areas, must have professional communication skills, be proficient in MS Word, Excel & Access, and pay strong attention to detail.

Loan Processor

 The Sweet Sound of Numbers! We currently have a challenging Loan Processor position available in the Wilmington area, candidate must possess professional communication skills and pay strong attention to detail, also must have loan or mortgage processing experience, $11 per hr.

Contract Administrators

Attention analytical minds! We are currently seeking two Contract Administrators for the New Castle area, candidates must have SAP and MS Access experience, effective oral and written communication skills and pay strong attention to detail interpreting contracts and pricing issues. Hours 8 am- 5 pm Monday- Friday, Drug Screening and Background checks are performed.

Customer Service Representatives

Are you a people person? We currently have several FT and PT Customer Service opportunities in the Wilmington and New Castle areas, candidates must have professional communication skills, at least 1-2 years experience, be PC literate- proficient data entry skills and pay strong attention to detail. Shifts vary and Background checks are performed.

 Financial Positions

 Attention Financial Minds! We currently have several FT and PT Temp and Temp to Hire opportunities including Auditors, Credit Analysts, CPAs, and Collectors in the area, candidates must have professional communication skills, at least 1-2 year’s experience and strong attention to detail, Shifts vary and Background checks are performed. Referral Bonuses Paid!  Bilingual positions available!

Legal

 Paralegals, Litigators, and Legal Secretaries-You are in demand! Several Temp to Hire and Direct Hire opportunities for experienced professionals with various types of legal backgrounds, proficient computer skills and strong attention to detail.

 Data Entry

 Let your fingers do the talking! Positions available in the New Castle area for a Data Entry. Must have excellent computer skills and at least 10,000 kph. Shifts vary!

 Receptionists

 Attention Professional Communicators! We are currently seeking two front desk Receptionists in the Wilmington and Newark areas, candidates must have excellent communication skills, present a professional image, be PC literate and pay strong attention to detail, experience preferred for these Temp to Hire positions. Medical Receptionist needed in Newark and Wilmington locations- must have at least 2 years experience!

Production Operators

Attention quality conscious minds!  We are currently seeking three contract Production Operators for the Newark area, candidates must have experience operating maintaining and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment and pay strong attention to detail, physical activity required. Shifts vary. Drug Screening and Background checks are performed.

Engineers

Civil Engineer with site preparation experience.
Civil Engineers with road construction experience.

 Warehouse and Light Industrial

 Attention laborers and quality conscious minds! We are currently seeking warehouse workers for the Newark and Wilmington areas, candidates must have accuracy with picking and packing and must pay strong attention to detail, physical activity is required- forklift certificate a plus! Positions in North Wilmington on an “as need basis” for light assembly work. Shifts vary. Drug Screening and Background checks are performed.
